Spring Break trips
IUOA is planning five exciting spring break adventure trips this year. Space is limited, so don’t miss the opportunity to grab a spot on one of these trips:
- Climbing and hiking at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, Arkansas
- Backpacking in Paria Canyon and Buckskin Gulch, Utah
- Whitewater canoeing on the Rio Grande River, Texas
- Backpacking at Big South Fork, Tennessee
- Mountain biking in Moab, Utah and Arches National Park
For more information on these trips, visit the Adventure Trips page.
Banff is coming…
The Banff Mountain Film Festival is returning to Bloomington on April 3rd and 4th this year. Because of the large response we’ve had in past years, this year there will be two showings – one Saturday night and one Sunday afternoon.
All IUOA Caving trips on HOLD until further notice...
Some National Forest lands, including Hoosier National Forest, are closed to caving indefinitely because of White-Nosed Bat Syndrome. They will be ticketing anyone they find in violation of this closure. Please respect this ban as Indiana has endangered species of bats and we do not want to see them go extinct.
