Take advantage of the thousands of public events held at the IMU each year, including films, concerts, lectures, and book signings—many of them with free or low-cost admission.

You can catch the latest movies on the big screen without leaving campus—and without breaking the bank—thanks to Union Board Films, the country’s longest-running college film series. The series, which first began in 1909, shows first-run films every weekend in the IMU’s Whittenberger Auditorium.
Admission is free for students (with student ID) and $2 for nonstudents. The general public is welcome to attend.

Bowling & Billiards
Stop by Bowling and Billiards, located on the main level of the IMU, to bowl a game or two, shoot some pool, or play your favorite arcade game.

If you’re a night owl, the IMU’s Late Nite events are right up your alley. Held from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on most Fridays during the fall and spring semesters, Late Nite features activities that will entertain you into the early-morning hours, like live music performances and comedy shows, karaoke, trivia games, laser tag, arcade games, roller skating, table tennis, bungee trampolines, casino games, giant Jenga, DIY art projects, and more—all in the IMU.
